ShipTrust respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
We collect your name, email address, and profile details you provide at registration, plus bank payout details you optionally add in settings. Google OAuth sign-ins import your profile email and name from Google.
To operate your escrow account, process trades, settle payouts, send trade notifications, and secure the platform against fraud.
We do not sell your personal data. Information may be shared with payment processors (e.g. Paystack) strictly to execute payouts and as required by law.
Account data is stored in Supabase Postgres with Row Level Security, so users can only access their own profiles and related records.
You may update or delete your profile and payout details in Merchant Settings at any time.
We use authentication cookies to keep your session secure.
