3. Escrow Services

ShipTrust provides secure payment custody for trades between buyers and vendors. Funds are released only after delivery is confirmed.

4. Fees

Platform fees apply to completed trades and are disclosed before funding a trade.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

ShipTrust is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
